Camile Thai x All About Living — Free For A Year Giveaway

1. The Promoters This promotion is run jointly by Camile Thai Kitchen and Gach Rud Kombucha Teoranta (trading as "All About Drinks") (together, "the Promoters"). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility 2.1 The promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland aged 18 or over. 2.2 Employees of Camile Thai Kitchen, Gach Rud Kombucha Teoranta (trading as "All About"), their subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 2.3 Entrants must hold a valid Camile account and place orders via camile.ie or the official Camile app during the promotional period.

3. Promotional Period The promotion runs from 00:00 on Friday 24th April 2026 to 23:59 on Friday 31st July 2026 ("the Promotional Period"). Entries received outside these dates will not be valid.

4. How to Enter 4.1 To enter, participants must place an order via camile.ie or the official Camile app during the Promotional Period that includes at least one All About drink (Live Soda or Kombucha), register that order using the entry form on the competition page providing their order confirmation number and required details, and correctly answer the following skill question: "What do Thailand and Kombucha have in common?" with the options: A) They're both countries B) They're both beverages C) They have great cultures. Entries that do not provide the correct answer will be deemed invalid and will not be entered into the draw. 4.2 Each valid order placed during the Promotional Period constitutes one entry. 4.3 A maximum of 50 entries per person will be accepted, regardless of the number of orders placed. 4.4 Bulk entries, entries submitted by third parties, and entries made using automated means will not be accepted. 4.5 No purchase is necessary to enter. Postal entries may be submitted by writing your name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and your answer to the skill question ("What do Thailand and Kombucha have in common?") to Camile Thai Kitchen, Unit 9 Northern Cross Business Park, Finglas, Dublin, D11 P661 during the Promotional Period. One postal entry per person.

5. The Prize 5.1 There is one prize, consisting of:

• Camile Thai vouchers: 52 single-use voucher codes, each with a value of €20, issued to the winner on a weekly basis for 52 consecutive weeks following prize activation. Vouchers are redeemable against orders placed via camile.ie or the official Camile app only. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Any order value exceeding €20 must be paid by the winner. Vouchers must be used within 7 days of issue and cannot be carried over.

• All About Living drinks: 12 monthly deliveries of All About drinks, each delivery comprising 12 cans, delivered to a ROI or NI address supplied by the winner. Delivery schedule to commence within 4 weeks of prize activation and continue monthly thereafter.

5.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. 5.3 The Promoters reserve the right to substitute any element of the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

6. Winner Selection 6.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. 6.2 The draw will take place within 14 days of the close of the Promotional Period. 6.3 The draw will be conducted by an independent party. The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification 7.1 The winner will be notified by email to the address associated with their Camile account within 7 days of the draw. 7.2 If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoters reserve the right to draw an alternative winner. 7.3 The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and proof of their winning order before the prize is awarded.

8. Prize Fulfilment 8.1 Camile Thai voucher codes will be issued to the winner's registered email address on a weekly basis beginning within 14 days of prize activation. 8.2 All About drinks deliveries will be arranged directly by All About to a ROI or NI address provided by the winner. The winner is responsible for ensuring a valid delivery address is supplied. 8.3 Neither Promoter accepts responsibility for prize elements that cannot be fulfilled due to the winner providing incorrect or incomplete contact or delivery information.

9. Limitation of Liability 9.1 The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or corrupted due to computer error, network failure, or any other technical issue beyond their control. 9.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the Promoters' liability for death or personal injury caused by their negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Data Protection 10.1 Personal data collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and, if applicable, fulfilling the prize. 10.2 Data will be processed in accordance with the Promoters' respective Privacy Policies and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Irish and UK data protection law. 10.3 By entering, participants consent to their data being shared between the two Promoters for the purposes of running and fulfilling this promotion only.

11. General 11.1 The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time in the event of circumstances outside their reasonable control, provided that reasonable notice is given where possible. 11.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
